Each of our properties will have a flyer box. The front of the flyer is all about your home, and the back contains information about our other current rentals. Since your home will be at all of our other rentals, your property will be seen at dozens of other locations around the town.

 

Virtual Tour

All properties for rent will have a virtual tour on our website. This allows prospective tenants to "tour" your home 24-hours a day.

 

1-800 Numbers

All properties for rent will have a 1-800 number text flier on them. This allows prospective tenants to receive photos and text to a "tour" of your homes many features 24-hours a day. This also allows us to follow up with the prosective tenant, again trying to have your property leased as soon as possible.
